+Elevator: This is for handicap use only and it must be used with an adult 18 and older. The door must remain closed at all times when not in use or it will go offline. If it goes offline, you will be responsible for the tech fee to come from Chattanooga to reset it.

IMPORTANT: There are winding and steep roads to get to the home. If you are traveling to the cabin when it snows or there is ice, you WILL need 4 wheel drive.

Please note that the pool is heated to a temp of 84-86 degrees and the pool room temp is set to 82-84 degrees depending on the time of year. Do not expect it to feel like a hot tub that is over 100 degrees. The pool is just warm enough where you can swim all year. These are the optimal settings to keep everything working properly. We please ask that you don’t tamper with the pool heat or pool room temp. We do have it closely monitored by our pool company.

We have a pool service company that will be at the property to clean and service the pool every Tuesday during the day. They will knock and enter the home if you are not there. Please let us know if this is an issue and we can make other arrangements. Keeping the pool clean for our guests is a top priority.

You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time.

Pest Control/Ladybugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Please remember we are in the mountains so you might see bugs or insects during your stay. During certain times of the year, there can be large quantities of ladybugs. We do everything possible along with our pest control team, but it is inevitable that some will make their way into the cabin. This is across the Gatlinburg area.

Bears/Wildlife: Please note that the house is located in the mountains and there are many bears that live close by. PLEASE always lock your car doors and the front door to the house. Bears do know how to open the doors. NEVER leave food or trash outside as it will attract bears. Please always put trash in the bear bins.

Please note that the house does NOT have an outside gas or park style grill. Guest safety is of utmost importance and food being cooked outside and any food remains will attract bears.

We require that the guest booking the cabin signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does).

You will have access to the three pools in Chalet Village as well as the tennis courts. There is a key card hanging in the pantry on a lanyard. Please return the key card before you leave. There will be a $100 charge if the key card is lost. The pools are open Friday of Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day and the hours are 9 AM-9 PM; South Baden Pool & Facilities are closed Tuesdays, North Pool closed Wednesdays, Alpine Pool closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. North Club house has tennis courts open year round. South Baden also has tennis courts.

We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap. We also have shampoo, conditioner & body wash in every shower.

Coffee: We have a keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection. We also have a variety of creams and sugar.

Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We provide one spa/pool towel per person. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.

Parking: There is parking for 5-6 cars in front of our home depending on the size of the car. The HOA does not allow parking on the street.

Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance only for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or unplug it.

Trash: Please put all trash in the bear proof trash bins. Please do NOT leave any trash outside that is not in the bins as it will attract bears.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
